Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes where relevant. Shipping costs and any additional charges are displayed before the final order confirmation.

5. Ordering & Contract Formation

An order is placed by selecting products, entering billing/shipping details, choosing a payment method and confirming the purchase.
The order is accepted once you receive order confirmation and/or payment confirmation, depending on the chosen payment method.

6. Payment Methods

We accept: MB Way, Multibanco, Visa, Mastercard.
We may refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or obvious error.

7. Shipping & Delivery

For international shipments, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, local taxes and clearance fees, depending on the destination country.

8. Withdrawal (legal minimum) & Returns (commercial policy)

• Legal right (EU/Portugal): consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, by sending an unequivocal statement (e.g., email).
• Ottwear commercial policy: in addition, we offer 30 days for returns under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
