Right of Withdrawal (legal minimum \u2013 14 days)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumers may withdraw from the contract within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date they receive the goods, without giving any reason, by sending an unequivocal statement to <strong><a href=\"mailto:orders@ottwear.com\">orders@ottwear.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Returns (commercial policy \u2013 30 days)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the legal withdrawal right, Ottwear offers a <strong>30-day<\/strong> return window from delivery, provided the conditions in section 4 are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Conditions for Accepting Returns<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Items must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>show no signs of use, washing or damage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>include original tags and accessories;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be returned in original packaging (or equivalent), properly protected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. How to Return<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Email <strong><a href=\"mailto:orders@ottwear.com\">orders@ottwear.com<\/a><\/strong> with your <strong>order number<\/strong> to start the process. We will send instructions.<br>Return address: <strong>Avenida da Rep\u00fablica, N\u00ba 34, 6\u00ba, 1050-193 Lisboa, Portugal<\/strong> <em>(or specify another if applicable).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Return Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are paid by the <strong>customer<\/strong>, except in cases of wrong item shipped, defective item or order preparation error, where the store will cover the costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.<br>For the legal withdrawal right, refunds will be made <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> from the date we are informed of the withdrawal, and we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment (whichever occurs first).<br><em>Note:<\/em> For full returns, the product amount is refunded and, where applicable, the initial standard shipping cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Exchanges<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Size\/color exchanges are allowed within <strong>30 days<\/strong>, subject to stock availability and the conditions above. Shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer unless the error is attributable to the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9.
